The Newton County Fair Board and Villines Lock & Key, LLC is proud to welcome back Matt Palmer and Rockin' P Rodeo. 
This event will be in memory of long-time sponsor and proud Newton County Fair supporter John Villines.  John and his wife Amy were killed in November of 2018.
